Provisions for the further use of computers
In case of transfer of computer equipment the chair is responsible for ensuring that no data or programs can be accessed by unauthorized persons.
Software may not be sold or given away.
Computer equipment may be sold to external not sooner as 3 years after the acquisition.
For the sale of hardware the following guidelines apply:
- After 1 year: 80% of original cost
- After 2 years: 50% of original cost
- After 3 years: 10% of original cost
- After 4 years. Flat rate of CHF 100 .– for computer systems including keyboard, individual peripherals (monitors) will be issued for CHF 50 .-
